The Greater Bridgeport Medical Association will be presenting Dr. Listy Thomas, Chair of Medicine at Hartford HealthCare St. Vincent’s Medical Center, and Dr. Gregory Buller, Chair of Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital, with the 2025 GBMA Exemplary Medical Leadership Awards.  Dr. Cameila Lawrence will receive the Distinguished Physician Community Service Award.   These awards will be presented on Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8 PM at the Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course, 2390 Easton Turnpike, Fairfield, CT.

Nursing Excellence Awards will be presented to Deann MacDaniel of St. Vincent’s Medical Center and to Ariana Vitorino of Bridgeport Hospital.  Scholarships will be presented to high school students pursuing careers as healthcare workers.  It will be a dynamic and inspirational event. Bob Scinto of R.D. Scinto will be presenting the grand prize winner.
